My 2nd week in school had already passed and all i can say is..
"SCHOOL IS AWESOME!"
Despite the fact that assignments and presentations are piling up,
I've made great friends!
Having no school on fridays' are GREAT!
and we get to go on field trips once almost every 2 weeks!
But! there's a price to pay cause there are assignments after each trip out.
Oh well..
and so, the ABM students went to watch animal farm the other day and it was NAAAICE!
ok and soo,
Back to my work now..

Just came home from marina barrage..
Ahhh tired and smelly..
Headed to school to meet the vesta boys who were playing basketball with the group of vesta girls.

Just came back from SPORTS CAMP@ NP recently and I have to tell you all,
it was the BEST CAMP EVARRRRR!..
I was very unwilling to join the camp at first because it seemed like any ordinary camp..
What could we do in sports camp right?
play basketball or soccer and run around the school, trying to train us to become some sport athletic.
But sports camp ISN'T about that.
It was intensed and extream ttm.
And my journey in NP begins here...=)
I was in some blue group called VESTA=)
and i swear the group was one AWESOME bunch esp with AWESOME GLs.
that makes it DOUBLE AWESOME!
I am definitely unable to tell you how fun it was in words but pictures do tell everything..
BUT,
i have no pictures of us participating the activites...
AWwwwww..=(
BUT FOR NOW,
this is the V-E-S-T-A vesta!

I have been spending time with my mummy and daddy.

My New Year Resolutions:
1. Make new friends in new school.
2. Spend more time with my family, esp my brother.
3. Punctuality: Be on time or no more than 15 mins late.
4. Reduce procrastination: Stop waiting for motivation to take action.
5. Exercise once a week.
6. Catch up with a friend i don't often meet once a week.
7. Go back to join KSB regularly.
8. Focus on my studies this year.

Well,
Happy New Year once again!
i know it's a little late to do this now but it's better late than never.
So.. now it's 2010,
which means, i'm taking my results soon and i'm going to go through another part of my life.
I hope that there's going to be a BIG change in everything this year.
And most importantly in this year,
everyone stay healthyyy,
and stay happy every single day of our lives! =)

2009 has come and gone and so to speak
we all had the ups and downs.
Unfortunately,
it wasn't really a good year for me.
I had my 'O's.
so when you have major exams coming up,
i had alot of tests and the results led to arguments with my mom.
Still can't believe i went through
Common tests in February,
Prelim 1 in April and July,
Prelim 2 in September and the
Mock papers in October
just for O levels.
=) proud
2009 hit record for the most number of times i quarreled with someone.
Is not that i count the number of arguments but by considering the 'SPARK' caused by me for not studying properly, it all adds up.
My Food and Nutrition COURSEWORK led HUGE arguments between me and my mom.
if you all look back at my previous posts,
it totally explains the hardwork i've gone through.=(
the arguments were serious..
and i meant, SERIOUS..
it would lead to me mixing too much with my friends.
it's because sometimes i would ask her for help in researching for me
and when i said it's not applicable, she would say,
"you ask me for help, but you dont want to listen!"
She always claims that FnN was an easy subject to do but she hadn't done it before!
There were many nights i had to stay up to complete my objectives..
thinking back,
SIGHHH..
Besides that,
i had to cope with my music theory at the same time...
Dropping my music subject last year,
it gave my mom alot of chances to say that i don't really love music..
She insisted that i dropped my violin to focus on my studies since i didn't love it.
I had to stop band for awhile also, just for my exams.
she would say,
"how can you call that passion for music when you dropped the subject in school?"
and i dropped the subject because, i was afraid i would fail my music exam and lose interest.=(
oh well, excuses or not,
it is over and yes, finally.
Can you imagine how tensed up my relationship with my mom turned out last year?
But at the same time, i cannot deny that she supported me in many many ways.
like the LCL incident, she called and totally fought a way out.=)
She paid for my tuition money.
She took leave from work when i'm sick to take care of me.
She took leave from work when i was having my O level exams to cook for me=)
She even paid $780+ for my violin exam when she complained that it was expensive and i failed..=(
Totally let her down..
After hearing that so many people are going to travel overseas, i wanted it too.
i insisted on Taiwan and my mom came back to me the next day saying that there were no more slots available.=') =')
And so she suggested a trip to KL and we went!
Isn't she the most amazing mom?
Thank you mummy.
My dad..
He's like MOMS from everywhere.
you know what?
he NAGS!
he will repeat and repeat again and again..
but, the BEST thing of all,
He's the peacemaker of the family.
well,
he makes peace.
without him, our family would be in chaos!
the cold war would not end at all..
He is willing to chauffeur the rest of us around.
Be it to church or tuition,
Work or shopping centres,
Arcade or to my brother's SMU..
He's good and i love him as much still=)
he makes alot of sacrifices in the family and,
Thank you daddy!
My one and only brother..
He can be a pest at times but the trip to KL showed a different him.
Just like to share that he rarely follows the family out to shopping centers or any other places because he's always busy.
In KL the past 3 days, not only did he followed us around,
he took care of ME!
and well, the family..
i will give you some examples.
In SG,
when we finally get a chance to go out together and eat at a restaurant as a family,
he will say, "eh, i go walk walk."
and he will take very long to come back. at least until the food comes, and we have to call him back somemore.
After the dinner, he would just leave us and join his friends somewhere.
In KL,
he patiently waited for my mom to try clothings outside the shop.
he did not complain at all and even gave comments to my mom!
He was never away from us and from there,
i saw a different him.
that was my true Brother in Action..=)=)

Besides my family,
I have my friends to thank too =)
My life long friends especially..
They have been with me throughout the years with no arguements
because we give in to one another.=) proud to say that..=)

Not forgetting my close buddy, Jin Yan who has been helping me soo much with stuff =)

and er lending me money..
